At BySpend, we value our customers and strive to provide the best advertising solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may find the ad space you purchased to be unnecessary.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy applies only to customers who have purchased ad space on our platform and later decide they no longer need it. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The ad space must not have been used to run any campaigns or display advertisements.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can request a refund by:

  2. Providing your order details, including proof of purchase.
  3. Stating the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
  • Ad space that has already been used to display advertisements.
  • Refunds requested for reasons unrelated to ad space necessity (e.g., personal financial changes).
